Forthcoming training includes Early Years Foundation Stage

Emma and Kathryn are working on NVQ Level 4 in Children's care, learning and development

Lynn and Janet are working on NVQ Level 3 in Children's care, learning and development

Students and Volunteers

We have in place a policy which allows us to give students and volunteers a chance to gain experience and skills in a childcare setting and to show students/volunteers that their learning and assistance is valued.

Students and volunteers are fully informed of the groups policies and the national standards for sessional day care.  Students are required to complete an induction checklist.  Unless registered as fit persons, students will not have unrestricted access to children.
